2020 Native American “Virtual” Cultural Celebration

The Museum of Native American History will host the fourth annual Native American “Virtual” Cultural Celebration: “Four Directions. One Earth. Mission United" October 1 -3, 2020.

The 2020 NAVCC will feature Commander John Herrington, the first Native American astronaut, along with a host of Indigenous artists, writers, craftspeople, and more.

This annual event connects history and tradition with present day indigenous leaders and reaches out to educate future generations about the first peoples of the Americas, celebrating our collective history and humanity.

This year’s theme centers on science, leadership, tradition, Indigenuity*, solutions for the planet, Star stories, animal medicine, art, and the never ending curiosity to reach for the stars.
